Take a small amount of oil in your palm and rub it between your fingers.
Apply the oil on your scalp and hair, starting from the roots and moving to the tips.
Massage the oil gently with your fingertips for 10 to 15 minutes.
Wrap your hair with a towel or a shower cap and leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and conditioner and rinse well.
Repeat the process 2 to 3 times a week for the best results.
