This facewash is very gentle on the skin, but you can still feel it clean your skin without stripping it of its natural hydration. Oftentimes, I bought 'gentle' face washes but felt like it didn't clean at all BUT with this product, no such issues exist! It's fragrance free, gentle, and a little amount goes a long way!
